The good part is that all of the emissions are decreasing. By the way, what are some of the "Other" sources? What steps are being taken to reduce emissions from all of the sources? Also, are hexane and octane the chief organic compounds you are looking at? Or are there any others?

Apparently solvents actually surpassed cars as a source of emissions in the final years of the graph, so maybe industry is a bigger problem now.(not to say that we shouldn't still strive to reduce automobile emissions)However, this data is from the U.K., where public transportation is used more often than in the U.S., so in the U.S. car emissions may still be the largest easily preventable source of organic compounds.
