More phosporus is being removed, but is this because
1. The treatment facilities are doing a better job
OR
2. There is more in there to take out
? I hope that it is the first reason, but unfortunately, the Chesapeak Watershed suffers from #2 frequently. I look forward to hearing your presentation on how we can have cleaner water both before and after treatment.
