Swivel uses Creative Commons-licensed photos represented by the purple line (by-2.0) for images around the site (user avatars, data set and column images, and graph bling). Most people seem to go for the more restrictive license: Attribution, Non-Commercial, No Derivatives (by-nc-nd-2.0), the blue line. —Dmitry
