only a 5-6% drop, but 16.3% wasn't a great ratio to start out with..

good point, visnu. And with the surge underway and the British troops getting ready to leave, I can see this percentage continuing to drop in the months to come. I have plans to to create an updated data set with more recent data and with monthly samples instead of yearly samples.
