Today marks the 2-year anniversary of Hurricanes Katrina, which killed over 1,800 people and displaced thousands more. This graph shows perceived challenges for small businesses by the race of the business owner for white, black, and Hispanic owned businesses in and around New Orleans: these perceptions were scaled from 1 to 10, with 1 meaning no problem and 10 meaning impossible.
