I do like this version better (and appreciate both your response and an earlier response to my comment--I will try to make sure my background info is accurate when including it).

I'm generally averse to pie charts, although this is a situation where I might have created a pie out of this more complete set.

Also as a relative newbie here, I'm not sure the title as it stands now reflects the graphic. Isn't it currently "Type of vote regarding cloture broken out by party" or something similar?
