There are a handful of counties that may become "battlegrounds" for the 2008 Presidential election. In the 15 swing states this election, there are a total of 238 counties where the last presidential election was extremely close. This graph shows the number of battleground counties by state where McCain or Obama are in the lead when it comes to raising money. Obama is leading in 70 percent, or 168 battleground counties, while McCain has raised more money in 69 counties. —Natalie
