Here's the upload graph of the 3 different carriers in kbs. Each uses a different data spec. EDGE vs. EVDO Rev 0 vs. EVDO Rev A. This is where you can really see the difference between the different technologies. The download speeds for both EVDO Revs were pretty much the same. Where's 3g on this graph? It's in Japan, that's where! —richard
