IsabelG: From this document http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/policy/2004cpr/es03a.htm: Deficient bridges include those characterized both as structurally deficient (deteriorated condition and the reduced load-carrying capacity) and as functionally obsolete (based appraisals of clearance adequacy, deck geometry, and alignment). 007: the campanu is a great is a great tradition---i enjoyed being in repolles,close to the Narcea, with my family during the salmon season my cousin Antonio who now lives retired in Repollespolles tries every yearto catch the campanu, so far he has not been succe,sful, maybe next year. I recommend visiting the area for a most rewarding and relaxing experience. (6 months ago)
