This graph is incorrect and misleading. Men drive more miles than women. Therefore the rate must be calculated by miles driven by men versus miles driven by women. You will probably find that women are worse drivers than men based on total miles driven.

This data is not meaningful unless you consider in the context of who is inciting the violence. The police in San Francisco kill more civilians than civilians in San Francisco kill police. That doesn't mean that the police in San Francisco are the bad guys.

Just a quick note. The data is obviously in error. According to the graph for people who retire at 66 the average age at death is about 66. That means that since no one can retire after they are dead, no one who retires at 66 can live less that 66, so if the average age at death is 66 then they must all keel over dead the moment they retire - clearly this is not the case
